Iciss Rose Tillis was named by her father and former heavy weight champion of the world James quick Tillis aka "Fighting Cowboy". When Quick was a child, he loved the show "Oh Mighty Isis" and was determined to name his daughter "Isis" one day. Iciss mother, Melanie Hughes-Morris, loved the name due to its Egyptian origin and decided to change the spelling of the name from "Isis" to "Iciss". After studying and being inspired by gyptian artwork over the years, Color With IcissRose created Straight Outta Egypt, which was the second masterpiece she created as an artist. If you look closely, the artist's long legs and athletic build are superimposed in the main character in the illustration. Subliminal messages such as this is what makes Color With IcissRose's illustrations so unique!
